Within the shell of an old paint factory, a high end renovation has transformed this property into a chic multi-level home. The rear garden is a small space but one in which the client’s were keen to inject some real distinction. Built in seating elements form the framework for a unique water feature whilst a custom built dog kennel converts to a central coffee table. Charming pots and a built in BBQ complete the picture.
